Soho Properties aimed to create a digital real estate agency. A showcase app that promoted the catalogue of real estate properties. Property hunting can be time consuming and frustrating. Find your home using the only real estate platform that guides you to make smarter decisions. We partnered with Soho Properties to design their mobile app to convert more leads.

Soho, a real estate agency was originally matching people with properties manually. They wanted to create an automated way for people to easily filter through thousands of listings and find their dream homes. ENGEN was tasked with designing and developing a mobile application that converts.
UX Strategy
During the first week, the ENGEN team met with the Soho CEO and CTO for a series of discovery workshops to discuss the problem being solved, user personas, project goals and requirements, plus the budget and ideal timeline. In the second week, our design and development teams conducted technical audits. Designers studied the existing website, questionnaire, and competitors & inspirations to understand the brand style and various user flows.
USER JOURNEY
We visualised a representation of the process the user/customer takes to achieve a goal. It helped ENGEN to identify different ways to enable the user to achieve their goal as quickly and easily as possible.
Combining client research along with our own user research, we created a visual representation of the key messages and trigger points for incentivising action. This helped both teams easily recognise the moments that matter within the user journey flow.
UX STRATEGY
UI DESIGN
Approaching the go-to-market strategically, our Front-End Designers and Developers began mapping out a simplified UI design to engage prospective consumers naturally. We combined market research with existing customer data to create a hyper-targeted design.
